This Foolish Faith
Corinthians 1:21
“For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom did not know God, God was pleased through the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe.”
When thinking on beginning this blog I had to decide on a name that was meaningful in describing what it was about. I have always considered myself as a very simple person. My life revolves around my faith. Everything I am, the many things that I have been able to take part in, up to this point of my life, have been because of God opening doors, working within me (as an ongoing project for sure) and helping me to see what purpose He has for His children. My days are in His hands. So I shall do my best (through lots of falling down, scraping my knees and elbows, followed by asking for much forgiveness) to follow the leading of His words and seeking inner clarity. I shall walk in search of this foolish faith that draws men and women to the knowledge of the Christ. His love and compassion, His peace and wisdom, His sacrifice and heart of humility is what I hope will be mine as I aim toward the mark of the high calling of God.
